We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear packaging with SKU labels intact. Please note:

• Return Requests: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the first day of the return window begins the day tracking shows your order as delivered).
• Shipping Back: Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your return request submission to qualify for a full refund.
• Split Orders: For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window starts from the final package delivery date.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are in processing status or have been shipped.
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, but cancellations are not guaranteed.

How to Check if Your Order Can Be Canceled:

• If your order is eligible for cancellation, a "Cancel Order" button will appear.
• If the button is not visible, your order has already entered processing and cannot be canceled.

Our warehouse team works quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible, so the cancellation window is brief.

Missed the Cancellation Window?

If your order can no longer be canceled, we recommend waiting to receive your package and initiating a return for any unwanted items. Returns must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
