Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. During busy seasons (like graduation or holidays), please allow a little extra time – we promise it’s worth the wait! 🕒

Shipping Policies

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited options are available if you need your maroon gear sooner!
  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your All Things Maroon gear! If something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, here’s our policy:

  • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Exchanges: We’ll gladly exchange your item for a different size or style within 7 days.
  • How to Initiate: Email us at hi@allthingsmaroon.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Oops! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is in motion, and we can’t guarantee cancellation.

Custom Orders

We love a personalized touch! If you have a custom request, shoot us an email, and we’ll do our best to make your maroon dreams come true.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are in processing status or have been shipped.
  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, but cancellations are not guaranteed.

How to Check if Your Order Can Be Canceled:

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, a "Cancel Order" button will appear.
  • If the button is not visible, your order has already entered processing and cannot be canceled.

Our warehouse team works quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible, so the cancellation window is brief.

Missed the Cancellation Window?

If your order can no longer be canceled, we recommend waiting to receive your package and initiating a return for any unwanted items. Returns must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
